The Portland Borough Council holds public meetings the first Monday of every month at 7:00pm, 206 Division Street. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the Council then meets on the 2nd Monday.
The Borough Council reorganizes of 2 years by Borough Code at which time it elects a President, Vice President and makes appointments.
