Portland Founder's Day Vendor Application
Portland’s 3rd Annual Founder’s Day on Saturday, October 18th 1 pm – 5 pm. Please complete each question on the form. We will review submission and contact with information to make payment, unless other arrangements have been made.
This should be the information for the contact that will be attending the event on Saturday, 10/18.
Name of your business, non-profit you will be representing, or name of the product you will be selling.
We may text various communications about the event or instructions on the day of the event.
Brief description of items being sold. For non-profit or government entity brief description of your organization or what campaign you will be representing.
Due to limited space and hands to manage this event, we will only be allowing select vendors this year. If you have been invited to attend, the fee has been waived.
