Council Meeting Agendas

Anyone wishing to attend a Borough of Portland Council meeting is invited to do so. The meetings are open to the public. If any person, entity or business wishes to address Council directly regarding a specific issue, question or concern or to present a project or idea to the Council, you will need to contact the Borough Secretary by 5:00 pm the Wednesday prior to a Council meeting to be listed on the Council’s agenda. After this deadline anyone wishing to address the Council at the monthly meeting will need to wait until the Council allows for non-agenda items.

The Borough of Portland Council meets the 1st Monday of each month at 7:00pm. The Council may also, on occasion and should the need arise, hold a meeting on the 4th Monday of the month.
