Portland Founder's Day Vendor Application
Portland’s 2nd Annual Founder’s Day on Saturday, October 19th 1 pm – 6 pm. All vendors must complete this form in order to be considered for a spot. Please complete each question on the form. No payment will be accepted at this time. We will review submission and contact with information to make payment.
Name of your business or name of the product you will be selling.
We may text all approved vendors with various communications about the event.
Fee Schedule: Non-Profit/Government Entity – $0 | Craft & At Home Party Vendors – $20 | Veteran Owned – $15 | DWG Business – $15 | Food & Beverage – $30 | Service Businesses – $30 Proof will be required for all non-profit vendor applications. Food Vendors are required to show Health Certificate.
