Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), part of Jefferson Health, and Northampton County Chiefs of Police Association are offering the Blue Envelope Program to assist drivers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) during interactions with law enforcement. Drivers can request a blue envelope at police departments in Northampton County and through LVHN at https://www.lvhn.org/blueenvelope.
If you live in Portland or near Portland, PA there are envelopes available at our Borough Building just inside the main door on the left during office hours. There is a area with pamphlets for the public.
