The Portland Borough Monthly Council Meeting this month will be open to the public. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 206 Division Street. We will follow the current CDC guidance and recommendations. FULLY vaccinated individuals may wear or not wear facial covering, however non-vaccinated individuals are still ordered per the CDC to continue wearing a facial covering.
We will still offer the Zoom link for this month and the Council will discuss how we proceed forward with the web-based format.
Please remember if you join by Zoom, your device will automatically be muted upon admittance to the meeting and you are asked that unless you need to address Council or make comment you stay muted to cut down on background noise. If you do comment or address Council, please state your name and address for our records.
