From time to time residents will need to file complaints for a variety of reasons. Property issues are mainly the examples; high grass, sidewalks left with snow on them in winter, trash collecting on yards, vehicles, etc……
The complaint form provided should be filled out in it’s entirety and returned to the Borough Office and then will be distributed to the appropriate resource to handle the complaint.
Like all things, complaints take time to address and have remedied. There are different allotments of time in which correction methods are given. Sometimes 3-5 days, sometimes 30 days. It depends on the nature of the complaint and how it is to be handled.
