This year the Borough of Portland will hold Trick-or-Treat on Halloween which is Saturday October 31. Trick-or-Treat will be from 4pm-6pm throughout the Borough, please place a porch light on if you wish to participate.
Halloween is a busy day this year in the Borough of Portland.
Portland Hook & Ladder Co. #1 Ladies will hold their 5th Annual Witch & Warlock Tea from 12p-3p at the William Pensyl Hall. Followed by an afternoon of Halloween FUN!
Starting with Trick-or-Treat from 4p-6p throughout the Borough.
Refiner’s Fire Ministry will be serving hot dogs immediately following Trick-or-Treat at 6pm at the William Pensyl Social Hall. There will also be a costume contest for anyone who wishes to participate.
At 7pm the Borough will be showing a FREE Movie at the William Pensyl Social Hall. The feature film is the 1995 version of CASPER. Everyone is welcome to come is their Halloween costumes. Full movie flyer available under the Community Events tab.
