Portland Borough, in cooperation with Xpress-pay, offers online payments for refuse(garbage) bills and sewer bills. You have the convenience and flexibility of paying your bills online with echeck or credit card. This service is safe, reliable and in accordance with all state and government regulations.
There is a nominal convenience fee of $2.00 to 3.5% paid to Xpress-pay per transaction.
