The proposed 2026 Borough budgets are now available for public review and comment. At the Borough Council’s December 1, 2025 regular monthly meeting all three budgets will be on the Council’s agenda for adoption. If there are any public comments regarding the proposed budgets please forward to the Borough Secretary via email at portlandboroughpa@gmail.com. Anyone wishing to address the Council is also encouraged to attend the meeting and prior to each vote there is an opportunity for any public comment.
