This month the Borough Council will resume meetings in person. The Council meeting will be at the William Pensyl Social Hall, 111 State Street, Portland, PA. This change is due to the need to social distance. The public is welcome to attend these in person meetings as long as you feel comfortable following the current COVID-19 recommendations in place. Masks will be required while inside and we will do temperature checks if the need should present itself.
