If you are attending the Borough of Portland monthly Council meeting the in person meeting will be held at the William Pensyl Social Hall, 111 State Street, Portland, PA. The meeting of Monday, March 1, 2021 will start at 7:00pm. The meeting moving to the Social Hall is due to the on going COVID 19 Pandemic and the need to allow spacing for social distancing. All attendees are asked to wear a facial covering per CDC guidelines and seat yourselves at the social distanced recommendation of 6 feet.
